It was ok. I’m pretty sure they have roaches though. The keys to the door wasn’t working either. Had to get a new key every time I came in. The room also smelled like old mop water.

Extended stay America Willowbrook review I have been staying here for the past 2 months and possibly another. I have had a great experience as the people that work here are friendly and get to know you as you stay longer. I've also had the pleasure of meeting about 8 people i became friends with. It does get pricey but using hotels.com ive accumulated 3 free nights and using coinapp ive gotten 2% cash back which is pretty cool. I give this a solid 3.5 to 4 star. It was a good experience. Only thing was missing was a comforter.
