Didn’t use amenities, the grounds are ok, there was a car with a flat tire next to ours that never moved the whole week we were there. But the crew that was busy picking up the garbage and made sure to pick up and keep it clean .

It was ok. I’m pretty sure they have roaches though. The keys to the door wasn’t working either. Had to get a new key every time I came in. The room also smelled like old mop water.

Extended stay America Willowbrook review I have been staying here for the past 2 months and possibly another. I have had a great experience as the people that work here are friendly and get to know you as you stay longer. I've also had the pleasure of meeting about 8 people i became friends with. It does get pricey but using hotels.com ive accumulated 3 free nights and using coinapp ive gotten 2% cash back which is pretty cool. I give this a solid 3.5 to 4 star.
