It was ok. I’m pretty sure they have roaches though. The keys to the door wasn’t working either. Had to get a new key every time I came in. The room also smelled like old mop water.

Extended stay America Willowbrook review I have been staying here for the past 2 months and possibly another. I have had a great experience as the people that work here are friendly and get to know you as you stay longer. I've also had the pleasure of meeting about 8 people i became friends with. It does get pricey but using hotels.com ive accumulated 3 free nights and using coinapp ive gotten 2% cash back which is pretty cool. I give this a solid 3.5 to 4 star. Overall, the stay was okay. Our room smelt of smoke and there definitely were smokers inside the building who did not follow the no smoking rules. The room was fairly clean but you could tell they don’t spend the most time in between stays cleaning. I’m not sure if it was just during our stay or if it is normal, but a lot of commotion and loud people sitting next to us. Staff were very nice though and for what we paid, I’d say it was worth it.
