Front desk was rude and disrespectful they did not give me what i pay for

They staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smell as if you’re at home while on vacation

Because we did not book for at least 7 days (4 nights only) we had no housekeeping in our rooms. Beds never made, no fresh towels, etc. After asking the front desk, they said if we brought down our towels, they would give us fresh ones. That is not service. I have stayed at other Extended Stay properties and not experienced this. Very disappointed.

El hote posee mucha seguridad! Zona apartada cerca de Willowbrook mall! Desayuno es solo cafe para tomarlo en cuenta! Las hab tienen suficiente espacio! Me gusto!
