It was good, not the best of best hotels but it was clean and gave me just what I needed which was rest and that’s all I asked for

THIS IS A GREAT ESA I've stayed in many ESA locations while working in Houston, TX and this location as well as the ESA on Katy Frwy & Wilcrest Dr (11,000 block of Katy Frwy) are the nicest ever

One night I was awakened by neighbors who argued from 2am to about 7 slamming doors and banging on furniture. I called down to front desk but never heard anything. So my broken sleep really made for a bad night. Plus I ordered pizza,salad and a drink only to find out no cups, glasses or silverware. The hotel I remember was not the same. But I would recommend this place to others. When I went down to return key cards the lady at desk asked if I wanted to receive credit for another stay. Told credit was not necessary.
