The property is conveniently located fo anyone wanting to stay in the Willowbrook area. The staff are helpful, the bed-linen and towels were clean and we had a good night's sleep. However the hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The furniture is in poor shape and the carpet is stained and literally coming apart at the seams. A major overhaul is necessary.

2 month difference since last time The maids could do better on the rooms my oarents have found two dryed up towels behind the their bed stuffed in the mattress and the toom still hasnt been vacuumed and we been asking. But the front desk people are nice Chris,Oscar, and Xio

Bed was uncomfortable and room smelt like smoke

The hotel is an a nice area but for walking distance restaurants there is no side walk .

The person at the front desk. Gave us the wrong room. Someone was in the room. She acted weird about it. She wrote down the wrong room. Disappointing when it’s midnight and you are tired and want an easy and fast check in.
