One night I was awakened by neighbors who argued from 2am to about 7 slamming doors and banging on furniture. I called down to front desk but never heard anything. So my broken sleep really made for a bad night. Plus I ordered pizza,salad and a drink only to find out no cups, glasses or silverware. The hotel I remember was not the same. But I would recommend this place to others. When I went down to return key cards the lady at desk asked if I wanted to receive credit for another stay. Told credit was not necessary. Had a problem with refrigerator. Hotel fixed immediately. Everything else was good.

Personal NO capacitado La persona en front desk me dijo que no tenia mi reservacion y que tenia que llamara a Expedia, esto nunca me habia pasado antes!! Despues de llamar a varias personas por telefono incluyendo a su jefa, le explicaron que no estaba buscando el nombre de manera correcta! Perdimos casi 40 minutos en el check in =(

Great hostess Service! Oscar was great! Thank you for the hospitality you provided! The hotel was clean, you can’t come in the hotel unless you have an access card and it made me feel extra safe. Very comfortable bed, the room has a very homey feeling!
