Had a problem with refrigerator. Hotel fixed immediately. Everything else was good.

Personal NO capacitado La persona en front desk me dijo que no tenia mi reservacion y que tenia que llamara a Expedia, esto nunca me habia pasado antes!! Despues de llamar a varias personas por telefono incluyendo a su jefa, le explicaron que no estaba buscando el nombre de manera correcta! Perdimos casi 40 minutos en el check in =(

Great hostess Service! Oscar was great! Thank you for the hospitality you provided! The hotel was clean, you can’t come in the hotel unless you have an access card and it made me feel extra safe. Very comfortable bed, the room has a very homey feeling!

Good Place for a Limited Stay Hotel is clean and comfortable....plenty of parking.....limited in the immediate for restaurants and stores.....close to Willowbrook Mall.....staff is very helpful.....rooms are clean and comfortable.......
