great for our stopover on way to after the airport slightly old feeling now, but very well maintained, very helpful staff and free internet, no frills but do you need them? Kitchen not needed for our 1 night stay but handy. Although next to motorway did not notice. Biggest problem was getting to it on the one way motorway service road. If you give it a check out on Google Maps before you go and/or use a GPS it should be no trouble. Don't let the road names of "Road to Market" fool you to thinking they are back roads, 8 lane ... read more

Extended Stay Willowbrook - HWY 249 As I was driving into the hotel and saw flashing lights so I figured something bad had happened and the police were there. Actually, it was their on site security. Not only do they have on site security the flashing lights make it look like the police are on site which is a good thing. The lady who checked me in was very friendly, the lobby and halls were clean as well as my room. The thing that can make or break a hotel for me is the bed. Inconvenient I would probably stay there again. But, there are a number of things you should know if this is your first time. First, the neighborhood is decent. I didn't feel unsafe there. But, it's very difficult to get from the hotel to shopping and dining. The parking lot exits to a one way with no apparrent turn around to go back North(where everything else is located.)
