Mangers go in rooms dont clean rooms The mangers go in your room got charged 250.00 extra for haveing rolling tobacco in my room accused me of smokeing in room because i roll my own cigarette and they never took trash out or cleaned room was over all bad will never stay there again and they lock you out when you go to store

Rip off, Zero Coffee, or food. Prison-like ELDERS BEWARE. I don't seek out to be negative but I truly cannot say anything good about this place. PAID $89 for two full beds on metal frames that sqeak and grind. Uncomfortable and only two pillows. Everytime the neighbor shut their door it vibrates at your head. Two scratchy towels, two scratchy washcloths. One bath floor towel that we had to use to mop up two very big puddles of water by the beds. Two plastic water cups, one little shampoo. One little soap. I stayed because nearly all rooms in Indy were booked for a sporting event. The hotel furnishings were worse than any Motel 6 I stayed in. Thankfully, I've never stayed at a half-way house for felons, but this placed reminded me of what I imagine such accomodations to be. No carpet anywhere. A small cheap bed. Cheap towels and linins. On the upside, the staff was very nice and friendly. I would not recommend it unless there are no other options.

I asked for a double bed and got a what they call a double bed was a XL full size bed and the place smelled like a dog kennel that had not been cleaned you could see where people walked out of their room with crap on their feet, told two people at the desk and nothing if we could have found a place to stay around there I would have left, noone should have to pay for that kind service

Terrible Very bad service I got threatened by staff, kicked out for no reason, very dissatisfaction...

Very uncomfortable beds Beds were awful.

Was not worth the money. I would not recommend the location i was at. The smell was horrific.. I will never book at this location on hotel again.
