The room was messy and nasty. The floors were dirty and the bed had bedbuvs

Hotels.com took my money There was no stay. Hotels.com allegedly made the reservation for me, charged my card, and when I went to check in, I was advised there were no rooms to be had. Still waiting for my card to be refunded by hotels.com. I was not the only person this happened to — another fellow in the lobby was in the same boat. Will not use hotels.com again.

Lo barato sale caro Mi niño juega fútbol y ya tiene como tres años que tenemos que salir mucho de illinois y nunca nos había tocado un hotel en tan malas condiciones me anime a rentarlo porque estaba cercas del campo de fútbol y porque estaba muy barato próxima vez voy a tratar de rentar hoteles de un renombre para evitar otra vez este problema

No Frills is not a good name- the hotel did not clean the rooms after check in, the WiFI was $30 bucks and they expected you to take out your own trash to a dumpster while telling you that there would be backcharges for toilet paper and towels used

No It was fine til someone came into my room early who wasn't staying with me.

Horrible place to stay Worst place ever. Room smelled like smoke, bed was disgusting, no towels in the room. Elevator was gross.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at I've stayed in many extended stay hotels, this was by far my worse experience with any of them. First day getting there wasn't bad talked with the hotel employee got my all checked in and he was very nice. Few days go by and I'm expecting someone to clean the room maybe every 3-4 days minimum, just to bring new towels at least and that didn't happen.
