Pendleton Pike Remodeling done on tge outside to draw people in. The rooms on the inside have aweful mildew carpet that smells like wet stinky dog, and a bag of stale Fritos. The carpet smells like it was on somebodie's front porch for 20 years. If they replaced the carpet w/wood floor or tyle it would be oderless and easy to clean. Staff is way understaffed but very friendly and helpful
Bad. My worst experience.. everything bad
Not happy Cigarette smoke flooded our room from the bathroom fan every night, even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The manager busted into our room with two guys from maintenance without knocking or calling to tell us we needed to leave, even though our check-out was for the next day. She later apologized and said it was due to an error in the computer. No new room was ever offered and nothing was done about the thick cigarette smoke. And, there was no free wi-fi, even though it was advertised.
Terrible The manager asked very inappropriate questions... Making me uncomfortable enough to leave a few minutes later to find accommodation elsewhere. The place is like a dungeon.
Not what expected.
Room was dirty and dingy. Horrible smell in the hallways. Neighbors were extremely noisy.

Filthy and smelled of marijuana... I was there for 7 days.. from the first day until the last I can honestly say from the 1st floor to the 4th the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana.. the elevator was no exception.. every person I encountered smelled marijuana.. my room was so dirty I was shocked!.. the had linoleum down instead of carpet and I scrubbed that floor every day for 4 days and my socks would still turn black from walking on it.. my heat didn't work and it's December!.. toilet ran constantly and the T.vs volume w... read more
