Terrible. DISGUSTING room, male secretions on bedskirt. Heater sounded like it was going to blow up. The window wasn't sealed and you could hear the wind coming through a locked window. They didn't even leave us any type of soap to wash our hands with in the bathroom. The staff didn't give a single care about how the room was disgusting and hung up on me twice. Hori be stay Aside the reason I stayed with you....your facility was not clean. I had a late check in your desk person was not that pleasant....hall ways and elevator floors and rugs we're not clean. I bought my own sheets towels and cleaning supplies to clean the tub. When asking for a later check out ..your phones are so out dated. I had to go through a service line to reach the front desk. The only thing really nice about this hotel is the price. But I guess as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The carpets throughout the hotel are filthy and this continues on into the room. The people staying at the hotel are loud and inconsiderate of others. I had to wear earplugs in order to sleep at night. The bed was comfortable, but basic. If you are in a tight spot and need a place and really can't afford anything else, it is better than nothing. But I do not plan to ever stay here again.

Hotel has bedbugs Hotel looks shady from the outside, worse on the inside. Walked into the room, lifted up the sheets and there was a bed bug. The lady handling me was extremely nice and apologetic, and refuded our money. No complaints with how the situation was handled.

Wow This hotel offers no amenities at all ...there was only 1 soap and that was small... no hand towels only towel and washcloth (wow) When I checked in only one receptionist was available for the entire building (wow) I had to wait 15 minutes before checking in due to a major situation the reception had to solve (wow) during my last night I heard through my door a couple of guys with their weapons dry firing nothing was done (wow wow wow)

ROCK HARD BEDS Rock hard beds that slide around on the box springs, no maid service, no iron, one tiny soap, smoky room smell, which got in my clothes. Just made you feel dirty being there.

The room was not clean. There was a bug crawling up the refrigerator and some substance that had been thrown all over it. There was a homeless man sleeping in front of the check in desk which im not too upset about but to get inside the hotel you had to walk over him. I understood why they required a key card to get in.

Animal Smells The first and second floors of the hotel have an awful stench in the hallways. When I entered my room the smell of animal urine and feces wafted over me like a dump truck down an interstate. The bathroom was as clean as expected with the smell of the room. There weren't any other issues during our stay. The beds are average when it comes to comfort. Overall, you get what you pay for. Wi-Fi is not free but $3 a day.
