room was dirty, very cheaply furnished, oldest stove i ever seen, hallway floor was sticky to walk on the whole time

The property just was very old and the safety doors into the hotel both from the lobby and from the back We're not working period they just opened up without needing your key card so anybody could walk in. The door from the lobby seemed to get fixed but a day later it was able to be opened again without a key. The backdoors got fixed and that seemed to hold. The bathroom fan was fairly dirty, The kitchen stove had to burners but one was fully missing so just 1 little burner. The refrigerator was a good size and that was very... read more

Worst experience I have ever had The description is deceiving. The hotel is falling apart. Our room had broken cabinets, the refrigerator was filthy and covered in rust. We slept on top of the sheets so we did not get bed bugs. I have stayed in some bad hotels, but this was the absolute worst! I would not have been so upset if it was $50 a night because I would know what to expect. The TV did not work, and the front desk clerk was not helpful at all! $165 a night is a joke! This will be the last time I use Hotel.com!

Spent 30 mins waiting for someone to come give me my rooms keys, granted it was a late check in however, took 45 mins to receive my room keys. There was no grab n go breakfast like they advertised in an email i received. BIGGEST problem was that in order to check in i had to pay a $100 deposit fee apart from what i already spent on the room for the two nights

Homeless The plumbing is not so good and they did not specify on the app if a deposit was required.

There was nobody there to check me in. I dialed the number given at front desk and it just rang and rang. Lost all my money. Very disappointing and had to check into a different hotel. Im pretty mad!

I arrived in Indianapolis on the 31st May,2024. The hotel lobby was closed by the time I got there to check-in. After I started knocking on the reception window a lady appeared. She was like what do you want and I was like excuse me. Is this how you greet your guess she slammed down on the counter and I said, miss you don't have no customer service skills.
