Not like other extended stays!!! Gross!!! The women at the front was nice and accommodating when there was a computer error and we did not get the room we payed for. However the pillow cases had a red/brownish stain and the sheet had hair in them. They were quite obviously unwashed. The toilet did not work and I saw a bug as I left. Just not a sanitary place. I’ve stayed at other extended stay America’s that were very nice, but this one was deceiving. Nice exterior, nasty interior.

The property was not updated. The room was smokey. The appliances were outdated. The TV did not work. The toilet did not flush. Bugs in the bathroom.

Room wasn't ready at midnight. Front desk person was outstanding and needs to be promoted.
