3 days in a row they guy downstairs said he was going to bring fresh sheets and towels stated he was going to bring them himself never got them then on the last day knocked on my door talking bout are you staying a extra night

Won't be back Hotel smelled like cigarette the moment we walked in. Our room had a hole on the wall. We had less than 1/2 paper roll, no hand soap or shower supplies. Bed sheets had hairs and definitely not sound proof room.

For three days there was no hot water no dishes in my room worst stay I ever had in a hotel

No full time service desk. Room was dirty. Toilet and tub was stained. Loud music in parking lot all night long. Stayed one night and gone.

Don't stay at this hotel. I am really upset with their staffs & services. My 7-day stay was okay, things happened after I check out. Day 1 after check out: I realized I forgot my charger. I called back and they said they found my charger, I already left the city and reached Cincinnati but I still plan to go back next day because I really like my charger from original brand (non-OEM). Not so sweet "suites" This is clearly a transitional housing facility, not your typical motel. The room was stark and grim. The reception desk was rarely open although there was a tele phone in the cramped entrance to call for assistance after listening to a phone tree. There are No amenities. We had to askl for a bar of soap to wash our hands. Despite signs posted about mask wearing there wasn't a mask in sight. Dont stay at this hotel Well for one people were right outside the front door gambling the whole hotel smelt like drugs the room was dirty the water pressure was horribke the water faucet was broke the sink was leaking
