Good location on Rockville Rd / 36, relatively low price. Dirty floor (couldn't walk from bathroom to bed without getting your feet filthy), dirty towels, roach in drawers, plentiful ashes on the toilet seat. No soap in bathroom, free Wi-Fi download speed caps at c. 60k/sec. Very old / uncleaned fixtures in bathroom. Front desk is only available from 9 - 7 (less on weekends), which makes finding solutions to the aforementioned problems (like lack of soap) difficult when you're traveling for work and need to leave before 9.

Bugs! Dirty and not helpful. There were cockroaches in our room, where we planned to prepare food in the kitchenette. The rest of the place was filthy as well. Floors were so dirty my feet turned black from being there 2 hours. We tried to call the desk and got a voicemail that was full. We went to the desk and the window was closed and nobody could help us. We ended up booking with a different hotel and left.

People going in and out of the doors ALL Night! People congregating early in the morning talking loud about Baby Daddy’s early in the morning! I received no peace while staying there!! Nice room though

You get what you pay for! Service was bad cause it was absent. The front desk always empty but she was very nice when present. Hotel was clean on the surface but dirty when you really look at things. Mold on the elevator was alarming. Would not stay again.

They have full size refrigerator. Good beds. There was no toilet tissue and it took me more than 30min to find a front desk person to get it.

The only amenity in the room was a tiny bar of soap!! Nothing else!! Stayed 2 nights and paid for a week.

Did not like all the noise it was loud music all the time people broke in our car i will never stay there again
