False advertising, this is not a hotel. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! I knew from pulling into the parking lot this was going to be a bad experience. There were a couple cars in parking lot listening to loud music and the smell of marijuana is everywhere, in the parking lot, in the elevator, in the hallways. Was a little weird. Front desk area was very small and closed. Had to use a phone to call someone to the front desk so they could open up the window to check in. Beds were uncomfortable. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Won’t be back.

Angry and unhappy One hour before I was to board a plane for Indiana they called and told be we did not have a book for our two week stay. Seems to me they would have known that the day before so I could have found a better place to stay than Ted Roof Inn Castleton

Here's the thing, if you're thinking about booking this property through Expedia, don't. The staff there have no idea how to work with Expedia purchases. They tried on several occasions to add charges to my account throughout my stay there. They claimed that the system wasn't updated and that they are inexperienced with Expedia but I'm not so sure. Regardless, they have tried to screw us on multiple occasions. Beyond that, our room keycards only worked for 3 out of the 7 days. The other days, we had to get them re-activated ... read more

The floor of the room was sticky and the room had a strange smell. Cabinet had no door on it, lighting was ‘cold’ and uninviting. Door to the room didn’t open all the way due to warped and sticky floor. Desk clerk apologized for the people standing around the hotel entrance. They had just been kicked out of their room for causing trouble. I did not feel safe staying here, I checked out 20 minutes after I checked in and went to a different hotel.

When we arrived the smell of Marijuana from the front entrance was strong, upon walking to the room they have long term stayers who had their door open and room was a mess, when we got to our room the room next to us that had a dog barking non stop we left and booked at another hotel. The outside had trash thrown everywhere.
