Night staff and manager were unresponiuve to my needs regarding room and TV service.

I didn’t get to stay. The hotel said there were no available rooms. I need a refund

Hotel room was below average. There was ants in the room. The other guess were very loud.

Disappointed This was not what we expected from staying at an Extended Stay. It was not a good experience.

Don't Do IT!!! The worst place I have ever stayed. Phone didn't work in the room...Bugs behind the night stand. They have no ice machine, no ironing board or hair dryer. It was horrible.

Hotel needs to do better I booked a nonsmoking room and when I arrived to the room it was on the 1st floor, it had not been cleaned, someone had slept in the bed n towels where on the floor...I immediately shut the door & drove back around to the office...staff apologized...next room she gave me smelled like cigarette smoke, the dressers where all scarred up, the floor had stains on the carpet...it was not pleasing at all...I was very disgusted...I was tired of going back to the office bcuz it was so cold that night so I jus... read more

Bed Bugs About 30 bed bug bites appeared within 18 hours of staying at the hotel. Contacted the hotel and corporate office, still no response to date.

Issues with a room Online booking was easy. Check in with a smile and friendly staff. Room a big disappointment! Room was musty and moldy smelling. They should have aired the room better after steam cleaning the floors. Walls very thin, and tenants could not be stay quiet in late hours so lost sleep listening to them. Posted signs for no smoking within 200 ft, easy to see, but multiple tenants did not follow the signs. Mentioned it to office but all 3 days/4nights there was the same problem with smokers.
