Room comfortable, but..... I cannot recommend this hotel because of the type of patron drawn to this budget friendly hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. However, there was only one washcloth in the bathroom (this was a suite) and when we asked for more we were told (at 9:30 p.m.) to return in 40 minutes as the laundry was not finished! At 9:30 p;m. Sent us to the wrong room twice. Dead bugs in the bed. Room was hot, lamps not working

FRIENDLY STAFF REFRIGERATOR LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN SPRAY PAINTED AND HAD TO KILL BUGS UPON ARRIVAL. THE BED SHEETS WERE DINGY. I WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. ROOM WAS ORIGINALLY BOOKED 2 NIGHTS BUT LEFT AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT. PREVIOUS STAYS AT OTHER EXTENDED STAY HOTELS WERE GREAT HOWEVER THIS STAY LEFT ME RETHINKING THE FRANCHISE.

Never go there again!!! 1. Very Rude house keeping! Wasn't helpful at all 2. sheets had spots on them. 3. Rust around the appliances 4. Found trash under bed and chair

Unable to rest. Did not feel welcomed when I checked in. Was told checkout time was 12pm. Housekeeping was banging on my door at 10AM. And then again at 11AM. The property was loud and I could not get sufficient rest. I will not recommend or be staying at this property again

When we pulled up there were many people outside their rooms with the hotel chairs sitting around and smoking on the first and second floors. We had to walk through them to get to our room. There should not of been anyone on the property smoking. Once in our room we discovered there was not any toilet paper or shampoo. After returning from dinner we were met in front of our room with a group of adults smoking pot. I actually had to ask them to move since they were blocking our doorway.
