Rude desk staff Desk staff was rude and did not acknowledge me waiting for assistance. Was personally engaging in conversation with another person. When I called in to the desk, she was very rude.

Stay elsewhere The beds are comfortable and the girl at the front desk was nice, thats where the good things end. The kitchen seemed sticky, the fronts of some if the drawers were missing. The bathtub leaked all over the bathroom floor while i was showering. There was no remote and half of the few channels they did get were fuzzy. Completely Disgusting Upon arrival the front desk staff was slightly unpleasant, due to the fact that it was late and he wanted to take a break. Then I found that housekeeping was severely slacking once I got to the shower room. Used wash rags were in the shower, a random item of clothing was in the corner of the closet, and molding food was in the microwave. I did not even bother to stay. I went to a totally different hotel for my stay.

There is a reason why I don’t rush to book hotels and doing this one was the biggest mistake of my vacation. But for only paying $67 a night I guess you get what you pay for.

Won't stay again The staff was not friendly or very helpful and. The room looked clean until you really looked. The bed had makeup on the pillows, hair, and burn holes on the blankets. The towels also had stains. The worst part for me was the roaches and fleas. Within 5 minutes of checking in I had been bitten by two fleas and we found 3 baby roaches. The hall way smelled very strongly of marijuana. Oh and the a/c unit was broken. Would never stay here again.

Not so good experience A.C was not cold . Makes the whole room warm. Room smelled like smoke . elevators were dirty and smelled like smoke.

Don’t stay here It was horrible. The drapes were falling off, toilet paper holder was falling off the sink. The bathtub was painted on the bottom and it was chipping, the tile had mold and it was rusty. The kitchen had no cups, no plates, no pots and pans. The bathroom had no dryer. We will never stay here again.

urine when we get to the hotel they have our reservation wrong which was for 2 rooms because there were 8 of us , we all get stuck in one room sleeping on the floor , the whole room smelled of cat urine...terrible experience . i love the Extended Stays but the one in Baymeadows was horrific
