I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The staff was pleasant but overall the condition of the hotel was poor. Upon checking in everything seemed fine, we dropped off our bags into the room and went back out for the day. Returning to the room at night when we turned on the lights it was another story! Roaches were EVERYWHERE!! We had to check out that VERY moment. Staff tried to accommodate us by moving us to different floors but every room was the same. We requested a refund and checked out. Not worth it at all Walked in the room smelled awful. Then there were the cockroaches. Later showered and when grabbed a towel it looked dirty. And the air conditioner was leaking.
Very Dissappointed No discount.....had to ask for washcloths.....no coffee pot or coffee anywhere .....stuffy room......killed 5 roaches.......cigarette smoke odor in elevator and cigarette butts covering the ground at the entrance.

Roaches This hotel looks nice but they have a problem with roaches. They are from the room to the hallway. It's ridiculous.You can tell the room has not been cleaned well. I killed a few in the hallway 2 days ago and they are still there. I bought combat baits and spray and it's still bad. The first roach I saw was on the headboard. I haven't had a good night sleep since I've been here. Hate that there's no refund. If you stay make sure you bring plenty of bleach and bug spray.

I didn't realize this hotel was as far from job site as it was. I booked this Value Place for comforts of home after Value Place at Dames Pointe Crossing said our room had bed bugs, adult bed bugs. When I booked this hotel I was already upset cause other place would not give us another,nor would they allows to stay after our week was up. So needless to say get to this Value Place realize how far from job it was didn't feel safe at this location, so I talked to management about my concerns. Yes I paid for a week.
