Room smelt horrible of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Myself and all my belongings left smelling like an ash tray

Bad, bad and bad. It is in a bad neighborhood. The first room they put us in smelled like an ashtray, the room was located on the "non-smoking" floor. My feet were sticking to the floor when I walked in, I took a wet paper towel and confirmed that the floor was filthy. They gave me another room which smelled better and appeared to be clean. By the time we left 9 days later my belongings smelled musty. Never again I will never stay here again. The room was nasty it stunk all throughout the hotel and even worse when you got into your room. It was horrible

Terrible stay I was here for 6 nights. I chose this hotel because it was close to airport and where I was going each day. I will never stay here again. I never saw the hotel staff after I checked in on Sunday. I called the front desk several times after 10pm to complain about the noise level of other guests and No one ever answered the phone. The bed was very uncomfortable and my room was never cleaned after I checked in.

Better not have an emergency I booked this hotel through a travel site and on the way into town our car broken down. I called the travel company to try and move the reservation to the next night since I already paid for it. the rep tried to contact the hotel and got no answer. a day and a half later and several hundred dollars later we we're back on the road. I called the travel company again and was advised to contact the hotel and let them know my situation. If I could get them to agree they could switch my night. The man ... read more

Smelly and damp The halls had a terrible odor of mold, the A/C in the room barely worked, and couldn't even dent the humidity. If it hadn't been late and I hadn't been exhausted, I would never have stayed the night.
