Worst experience in my life The worst experience in my entire life. They threw me my fiance and our 7months pregnant 17yr old daughter out in below 50 degree weather with trespassing warrants because we called them and told then we had 10 dead roaches that we killes and there were way more we couldnt get 2. And yes I still have the roaches and plenty of pics.

Worst place to stay in Jacksonville. When we arrived at 9:30 , after driving 850 miles, the front desk lady said,"you just caught me ,I was 'bout to leave". I was under the impression that this was a suite. There was no coffee pot with coffee or anything that could be considered as a suite. If we had not paid in advance, we would not have stayed here. I really would like a refund from EXPEDIA........you should not even have this place listed as a suite. I guess in name only. My husband and I had an awful night's rest....we w... read more

Worst hotel in Jacksonville,Fl We arrived for check-in about 9:30. We we're told by clerk we just made it because she was closing for the night.....never heard of the front office closing for the night. It was supposed to be a suite with coffee pot, and most things you find in a suite . I was informed we had to pay extra for pots and pans...they look like something you find in the trash. Comfort is not what you will receive. Hotel was in poor neighborhood. It was not very clean, in fact there were an odor in the lobby in hallway areas. The staff was friendly but the room was not quite enough for comfortable sleep. The refrigerator made a popping noise all night long. I was told that breakfast was included in my price, just to find out there was no kitchen. So my overall experience was very poor.

You get what you pay for I expected more however the room smell like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room the conditions were below standard in my opinion compared to other hotels that I've stayed at the bed was on Springs it felt like a bed from a summer camp. Maybe if you were a construction worker who doesn't mind the cigarette smell and a springy type bed it'll work for you but it wasn't my cup of tea at all

room we were. it impressed at all. the room had no carpet, no batteries in the tv remote control, the bathroom only had 2 towels for a family of 4, in which one had hair on it. the toilet had old urine and hair around the bottom as if it wasn’t cleaned in days. the entire hotel had a musty smell in it which seeped into my suitcase and purse. no one at the front desk the next morning when we wanted to check out. my husband said there was always someone standing around near the door late night. the area looked very unsafe and ... read more

No recommendation. The room is not clean enough. The towel is dirty. A cockroach was found in bathroom.

Hotel Ok but terrible location The room itself was clean was there a month due to moving and was asked only twice about housekeeping. There was nothing in the room but two towels. The laundry room always full of someone's clothes. The area is is simply horrible. Outside doors do not lock just pull really hard to open and your in. People would put rocks to keep doors from locking to have friends over. Place smelled of weed all the times in the hall. Just don't stay here EVER. Just don't.
