Stayed here the night before our family cruise. Horrible experience. Waited 30 mins to be checked in by someone that wouldn't raise the window more than an inch. Room was not clean. A/C didn't work. We will never stay here again.

Horrible... no service... smells of marijuana... Floors were filthy. No one on site at 8:10 pm to give us clean towels or toilet paper. Entire 2nd floor reeked of marijuana SO BAD but again, no one on site to report it to until the next morning... which was made worse as my son was with me. Smell was so strong and disgusting, caused headaches and was just plain gross.

No pool or dishes one can use for the kitchen must buy your own....never would've stayed if I knew about that..my kids wanted to get in the pool that wasn't there

Avoid this hotel!!! I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this stay was by far the worst. I had to wait 45 minutes for a suitable room. When I got inside the room, I realized the room wasn't clean. It took an hour to clean it myself. I stayed for 1 week and they gave me 1 trash bag per trash can. When I requested more at the desk, I was given 3. I later noticed I was charged 10 dollars for the bags. This property has a huge problem with cockroaches! Gross As soon as i walk in i see two roaches come from under the bed i kill them. I go shower and get clean and sit on the bed it's as hard as a brick, the walls are so thin you can hear the person next to you conversation in their room, people stomping around upstairs the front desk isn't even open late at night in case we need something. I just try to ignore all of this and go to bed so i can wake up in the morning and leave. Low price. Not clean. you get what you pay for. We arrived late. 1230am. The front desk roll down door was closed. A note on the door gave a number to call for service. I gave my name and said I had a reservation. She said she would be at the desk in a few minutes. After about 5 minutes I saw a lady walk by the key access door to the hotel hallway. TERRIBLE HOTEL Disgusting. Hotel room had dirty sheets with that smelled like cologne from the last guest. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but had terrible cigarette smell. Manager Regina promised a $40 discount for the dirty sheets, still haven't received discount. Called the day of checkout to speak to Regina (Manager), some male representative answered and had a horrible attitude. Type of ppl that walked in and out of the hotel were literally bums, hookers. TERRIBLE HOTEL. .. welp that is all lol
