Roaches in the hotel to be in such a nice area There was roaches in the room accidents in an exterminator there something about the roaches and nothing was never done

Nov 27 - 28 : 2018 Hotel needs a revamp or remodeling considering the other options for the same price range in this area. One receptionist wanted to charge us an extra $25 on top of the room fee which was booked via hotels.com as we arrived 20 minutes before the checking in time of 3pm. We said we would wait for the check in time of 3pm and go grab a coffee somewhere but the receptionist insisted we had to check in immediately.
