1 out of 10 The hotel was absolutely discarding with marijuanas smell and dog pee all over the hallway. We waiting 15 min by the front desk to get helped with someone that was on the phone speakers while talking to us. We did not feel welcomed in addition of the hygiene

I showed up and they canceled all 2 bed rooms including mine. They obviously overbooked and offered nothing in compensation other than a refund. No help in trying to find another place to stay.

The front desk girl was the sweetest, but the room and hotel was aweful. Dirty. Smelly. And you wont be sleeping alone…roaches.

The area was ok, giving the fact it was easy access to the highway and shopping areas. The hotel was run down. Rooms had holes in the wall, and the door locks were so old that it took larger screws just to repair. The floors were terrible to the point I purchased my own cleaning gear to clean up. Lastly, I knew the stay was going to be terrible when the iron didn't work. I seriously would have changed the hotel if i would not have been in danger of losing money. This property smelled as soon as you walked in the doors. Room reserved was not the room given as they had been "given out". 2 would have to sleep in the sofa bed. First room was filthy with no sheets on the sofa bed and the mattress was soiled. Floors dirty. No sheets or towels in the bathroom. Second room option was only marginally better, but the fridge was filthy. We could not stay there. It was the worst experience I've every had in hospitality.
