I arrive to see a sign that says no rooms. I assume that I booked ahead and was fine. It meant no housekeepers and no clean rooms. After finding a room for us, she said she checked it and was good. Trash in can, food in cabinets and fridge. chairs stained, beds full not queen, everything old, like 1980s trailer old. Nasty, LOTS of dogs and smokers. Grab and go breakfast terrible, coffee cool, creamer not stored on ice, instant grits available, but no spoons. DON'T GO!

There was no water, the septic tank was messed up and the floor in the lobby was soaked and smelled AWFUL! The elevator was broken, we had two rooms, one room had no shower curtain and still had food in the fridge. The other room was still dirty. The sheets and towels from the previous guests were still in the room. When we went to the front desk she gave us sheets to change ourselves. Unsatisfactory Horrible!! No hot water, light didn’t work. Bed wasn’t clean. No towels. No satisfied with overall conditions. Never will stay at that hotel again.

Spacious room, very good air. Unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty, bathtub and sink clogged. Bar chair was broken, stove damaged and fridge rotted. Bathroom door broken and detached, the sockets unglued. I give them 1 out of 5.

Just expected it to be cleaner. The housekeeping is done every 2 weeks and we had to ask for new towels every day, which sometimes they didn’t have any extras, so we had to bring our dirty towels downstairs for the employees to wash

Extended Stay America review😥 I booked this room for 3 adults with a kitchen so we could cook in room. We checked in. There was nothing in the kitchen. Not even trash cans in the bathroom and kitchen. There were no pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glasses, plates, etc anywhere in the hotel. We only had towels for 2. Had to go ask for more. The person I talked with, Derrick, was very helpful. But had no towels for our room on his list. He gave me the towels he had on his cart. Still not enough for 3 adults. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms in spite of us having a confirmation from Hotel.com. We were told to call you to get our refund. Gal at the desk has to turn several others away for the same reason. Needless to say, we were not very pleased.

About as bad as it can get. They overbooked and turned away people with reservations. The rooms were very dirty and stinky. They did not have all the bedding or towels/washcloths. Several things falling apart, missing outlet covers, and smoke detectors. Has bugs, people sitting in halls that won’t move, unsafe. Nothing to say good about this stay. The place needs to be condemned
