THE CHAIR BED WAS VERY DIRTY IT HAD A LOT OF BROWN SPOTS

Roach Hotel Roach infested room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not ready as advertised at 6:30am because, according to the front desk, “they had no one show up to set it up.”

They had no rooms and still did not try to get ahold of me to let me know. I drove all the way there and was stuck sleeping in my car because I could not get a refund from the hotel because I went through Expedia and the hotel would not communicate with Expedia to let them know the situation until days after

Cheap so deal with it Disheveled furniture and fixtures. Odors. Worn out carpet. Pool was black.

Upset with hotel.com I went on to hotels.com and I placed the reservation and asked me did I want to pay now or pay you when I get to the hotel put in my credit card information still reserve the room they would not accept cash when I got there so I left and went to another hotel

This was the last available room in the hotel. We checked into the hotel late night. My kid quickly identified a hornet flying in the room. I quickly went to the kitchen cabinets to see if there was a bug spray. Opened various drawers and cabinets and was stunned to see nothing but roaches in them. The furniture was not clean at all. Tables, sofas had signs of grease and spilled drinks on them that were not wiped off.
