Im a truck driver and needed a room just for the night. It was ok. Could have been updated some. There was a leak by the toilet and haor on the sheets. Other than that it was nice enough for just the night.
The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

No Frills Extended Stay It's a good motel if you're traveling and need a place to stay in the Baymeadows/Town Center area, No frills extended stay is how I would describe it. Staff incredibly nice. I will stay again on my next visit

Carpets a little dingy. Show pressure not adequate. This particular room was located near trash cans which could be smelled upon entering room. A/C pulled in cigarette smoke from those smoking outdoors. All in all, not a bad value for the $.
