No Frills Extended Stay It's a good motel if you're traveling and need a place to stay in the Baymeadows/Town Center area, No frills extended stay is how I would describe it. Staff incredibly nice. I will stay again on my next visit

Carpets a little dingy. Show pressure not adequate. This particular room was located near trash cans which could be smelled upon entering room. A/C pulled in cigarette smoke from those smoking outdoors. All in all, not a bad value for the $.

Great staff
This place needs a makeover. Dingy, dirty and dated ant infested cheap place to spend a night. Mattress springs were digging into my back making sleeping uncomfortable. Priscilla working the front counter was a wonderful bright spot in an otherwise uncomfortable 2-night stay.

The location to restaurants and shopping are ideal. For the location and comparison stays you can’t beat the price.
