The Staff was friendly. But overall cleanliness was horrible. The Toilet was not flushing . It was a suite that had mold in the kitchen it made us not wanting to cook or keep any type of food in there.

Decent 2 night business stay The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was ok. Lots of chipped paint on the walls, bathtub stopper did not work, thin sheets and pillows. The premise was clean and quiet.

Bathroom repairs Overall it was fair, except the bathroom. The bottom of tub had some sort of damage and the shower head needs to be replaced it had a lot of build up, the bathroom faucet needs work to, it was more running out of the the faucet then the shower head itself.

Broken Sofa We were assigned the requested room, King bed with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken, filthy, and smelled. When attempting to put the sofa bed back into its position, it folded up wrong and would not budge. When it was reported to the front desk, we were told that it was in the process of being trashed.

Short drive to Mayo Clinic (7.4 miles, 10 to 15 minutes). Barking dogs and loud voices most of the night from motel guests. Apparently no supervision or security. I don’t think I will ever stay here again.
