Average You all told me breakfast would be included but there was no breakfast available. In addition, the bathroom door needed repaired or replaced and the tub needed a "good" scrub or new glazing on it.

Facility is showing its age. Room was a non smoking room yet it smelled like stale smoke. Elevator was questionable and shook and vibrated as it reached the second floor It smelled like burning hydraulic oil. Air conditioner was not working well. Bathroom light barely worked required repair request that resulted in a better performance but still a flickering condition. Grab and go breakfast was not worth the effort.

Everything was good except the smell/odor inside the room can really smell when walking in. Bathroom door was also broken had hard time opening the door ones is closed.

Bad service Bathtub water drain slow. Not much water pressure. The hotel had brochure stating if you need anything just let them know. We asked for towels twice and never received them. I needed a coffee maker. Never received it. We just gave up.
