No bedside lamps. Poor lighting in bathroom. Only one mirror. No breakfast coffee in lobby or room. Will never ever stay in WoodSprings Suites again. Only stayed for 4 nights instead of 5 nights but no refund given.

Entire hotel smells like a pack of cigs!

Needed to call an outside number to get someone to come to the desk for check in. Hotel was over $100 a night and absolutely no amenities. No daily room straightening, no extra pillows, no hair dryer in the room, no hotel lobby, no lights or lamps over the bed. Only can lighting in the ceiling that couldn't be reached from the bed. Not even a toilet seat that closed, so no where to put your clothes while in the shower. Two small soaps. No shampoo, lotion, etc. Not a whole lot included for $100+. Room smelled like dogs and smoke. Lighting was awful. Room key failed numerous times requiring ar one point a call to a call center (desk not staffed at night). I won't book there again, or at any of theirnother facilities.

Not a family joint. This is more of a "My wife kicked me out of the house now I'm going to stay here for the week" hotel. Despite zero carpet, the room stank of cigarette smoke. They switched us to a new room which was marginally better, but still smelled. People were loud, lots of swearing could be heard from rooms down the hall. Would not stay again.
