Something was bite I feel like some thing was bite me all night , l never went to sleep.it was life bed bugs was all over me. A whole it was a very terrible night

Smell issues There was a strong smell in the room which was very uncomfortable and it was really hard to live there. Everything else was clean but smell was bad.

Worst experience in my life No printer, no lobby, extra cost for towels( provide only two towels for two beds, bad smell and refused change another room, extra cost for Internet and beds are awful... better sleep at carpet

DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF! I thought it would be like an extended stay but it was far from it. The bed was stiff, toilet barely flushed, and the key to the door only worked 1 out of every 6 times it was inserted. No room service or housekeepers, I had to get my own towels and blankets. In addition, the room had a stove but the hotel didnt carry pots and pans to utilize it. There was also a fire alarm pulled which prevented me from being in the room for over an hour. Terrible stay.

Had to wait on a lobby phone to get someone to come check me in at 10pm. Cigarette smoke was coming in my room from the bathroom vents. No normal lights. Just overheard flood lights. No comfortable lights to read a book.

I will never stay here again. It’s a extended stay type hotel with basic amenities . I was on my way into town and got a call from a staff member that states that you must reserve a minimum of two nights or we couldn’t stay. So essentially pay double or have no where to stay since it was a major weekend and all of the hotels were booked. Apparently there were several people in the same position. The service was terrible. I booked online through Expedia for one night and called two days prior to confirm my ONE night reservation. Upon arrival, I was told the weekend has a two night minimum stay. I was charged for two nights when my reservation clearly was for one. When speaking with two individual employees, both were very rude and would not refund me for their mistake. We rented a room for one night and got in late. We did not have any toilet paper or even a small bar of soap. When I asked I was told that they are an extended stay and I had to provide my own even though I was only there one night. Not the cleanest but workable.

When I drove up with my family, there were people congregating by the door. Check-in was slow and I had to sign something saying I wouldn't smoke in the room or have a party. There was urine in the stairwell. The whole hotel smelled bad, but our room smelled even worse. It was not habitable. We decided to leave town that night without staying there. When I tried to turn in the key, the desk was closed. Basically, a flop-house.
