The office is closed si no one will answer phones to help. It's 1a (must get up at 430a) and someone above me is having a party, jumping up and down, moving furniture or something... to the point the my ceiling, walls and refrigerator are vibrating. This is absurd that i can't reach anyone. Says office is closed. Never again will i come hee. I deserve my$$ back if they can't give proper customer service or care how the customers behave.

Kitchenette with no pots pans plates etc. not even a roll of paper towels. Lousy bed. Pillows worn out a long time ago. They should bulldoze it and build a hotel

The staff was delightful. The beds were horrible and should have been replaced long ago. The room was a suite with absolutely nothing in it. Not even a paper cup for a drink of water. Paid way too much for nothing.

I am not pleased with the service at this location I am a handicap blind man I was left locked in between two doors after midnight trying to check in a room that I already paid for online very inconvenient didn’t get any sleep wish I could get a refund upset I happen to be because of this experience

A cheap dormitory If you plan to stay more than one night, you should know that there is no room service. If you want to have your wet towels replaced (for a nominal charge), you must take them to the front desk (when and if it is open). In any case, you get just a washcloth and a medium size towel. The room is small and drab, the bed is just a double, with a mattress that shifts and has to be repositioned. The chairs have no padding. People leaving their dogs unattended. So barking all day and night. Being there 2 weeks and not once did they clean the room. During the day no one was ever at the desk. I finally saw a housekeeper and asked for sheets she told me I had to pay for them. I will never stay again
