Literally couldn't even check in. Called ahead, told them I would be late, was guaranteed they would take care of me. Then I get there and nobody is at the desk. So I call the number on the slip, and they tell me I missed the check in time. I call back the next day for a refund, they tell me I can't get a refund because I was checked in. This is ridiculous. The hotel is horrible.

The room has sensor lights, so they turn on when you get up out of bed. As I did, and the lights came on, I saw at least 10 roaches scatter throughout the room. When I tried to call down to the front desk, ofc the room phone didn't work. Then when I went to check out the girl at tue front desk was super non chalant about the roaches and phone issue. They should have refunded my stay, but that didn't even cross their minds as an option.
