This was supposed to be a suite. It had a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, sink, and a microwave. Not a glass, plate, silverware, or pan to use any of it. There were 2 flimsy bath towels, 2 washcloths, and one bar of soap. No coffeemaker or supplies. No hand towels, kleenex, or hair dryer.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use. I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.
This place is more like a motel for people needing a place to live.

I was staying for two days. Only. After first day nobody cleaned the room.

I didn’t like anything about the property! Customer service was fair, no one acknowledged us at check in. No greeting no nothing.

The neighbors were loud and making noise until 4 am!!! I got little to no sleep and the ac was not functioning properly.
