Fire alarm went off 5am in the morning 2 times, pillow case dirty and no more pillows , no shampoo i had to go down stairs to get items . No pool, balcony, or ice machine. Will never go back.

DO NOT STAY I would never recommend WoodSpring Suite to anyone. Once we checked in I went next door to the convenient store where I was told by the guy at the register that if you are staying there, we will see a lot of you. He was correct. The room had no cups, no plates, no pots no pans not even plastic ware. Unfortunately, the visit was not very pleasant. First, the female at check in was on her cell phone the entire time, on face time. Next, she took a photocopy of my license and filed it in a cabinet. She said that was standard policy and if i didnt, my 12 yr old daughter and I, would not be able to stay there. If it wasnt 10:30 pm, i would of gone somewhere else.

Horrible customer service - Theft of money We weren’t even allowed to check and were let into our room. Since we got there after midnight they turned us away, then still charged us for the reservation.

Upon arriving the computers were down and she gave us a room and stated that she would call when registration forms are ready never heard from her, the bed needs to be replaced and it would not hurt to have extra pillows and the lights above the bed would come on every 2 hours and we would have to get out and turn them off, the hallways were noisy and loud and it would be nice to have hand and bath soap in room.
