It is a welfare hotel undder lock and key with threadbare towels and wash clothes and no toiletries and a mattress on a metal bed frame in a seedy neighborhood I will think teice about ever trusting an AARP hotel recommendation ever again

There was a live roach under the alarm clock on the night stand and another in the bathroom. The lady at the reception was in a back room and took almost 5 minutes to come out to the desk. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I would definitely not stay here unless it was absolutely necessary.

Plumbing issues Toilet was not working for a few days. Maintenance guy finally fixed it two days before checkout.

They don't have housekeeping for everyday. Also the shower heads are horrible. I haven't seen any this bad in a long time and I travel a lot.

Don’t stay here. Don’t stay here. Residents’ Dogs bark all night long. Long term residents are always in and out all night. Homeless guy sleeping by the dumpster. People let their dogs pee in the hallways and stairwells. Drug deals on a regular basis in the parking lot. Air conditioner in the room was so loud that you can’t sleep with it on. Cockroaches show up on occasion.
