Unfortunately, the visit was not very pleasant. First, the female at check in was on her cell phone the entire time, on face time. Next, she took a photocopy of my license and filed it in a cabinet. She said that was standard policy and if i didnt, my 12 yr old daughter and I, would not be able to stay there. If it wasnt 10:30 pm, i would of gone somewhere else.

I make Reservition for three night I stay one night and they say they will return for my tow night throw expidia

Horrible customer service - Theft of money We weren’t even allowed to check and were let into our room. Since we got there after midnight they turned us away, then still charged us for the reservation.

Upon arriving the computers were down and she gave us a room and stated that she would call when registration forms are ready never heard from her, the bed needs to be replaced and it would not hurt to have extra pillows and the lights above the bed would come on every 2 hours and we would have to get out and turn them off, the hallways were noisy and loud and it would be nice to have hand and bath soap in room.

It looked clean... neighbored is somewhat degraded. Not blatantly promoted as extended stay- therefore fresh Towel’s not provided nor was room cleaned/bed made. Bare floors were DIRTY as evidenced by blackened feet after walking barefoot. No tissues in room even after requested. This place is minimally staffed nor is front desk open and available at all times. Price was right. Staff well intentioned.

I have a complaint pending about this property. Dirty lobby, unsafe feeling, non responsive staff
