Disappointed. The place although clean was smelly. I was hoping to be a hotel room with shampoo and conditioner at least. They give it to you but you have to request it which is inconvenient specially if you are in the shower already. Apparently is a place where local workers stay and they smoke by the front door. NO HD TV. For that price, there are other better low budget options.
Hotel stay sucked The smell on the fourth floor hallway was like cat urine and dirty hamster bedding made my stomach turn. There was never anyone at the front desk when I need to speak to anyone always had to call for someone. I requested a one bed with a couch room as shown In the picture only got chair with one bed. Sheets were stained beyond measures room full of roaches took about a hour for me to check in standing at desk for about half hour until staff finishes watching tv or whatever it is to greet and check me in. Stayed here a few times but after this last stay I will no longer return
Terrible customer service They cancelled my reservation and left me scrambling for a hotel last minute
This was supposed to be a suite. It had a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, sink, and a microwave. Not a glass, plate, silverware, or pan to use any of it. There were 2 flimsy bath towels, 2 washcloths, and one bar of soap. No coffeemaker or supplies. No hand towels, kleenex, or hair dryer.
This place is more like a motel for people needing a place to live.
I was staying for two days. Only. After first day nobody cleaned the room.
I didn’t like anything about the property! Customer service was fair, no one acknowledged us at check in. No greeting no nothing.
