Before I got to the property I tried to call three times just to let them know I was going to arrive a little after 7:30. The first call was answered. Once I told the girl what I was calling for she cut me off and told me to hold on. I waited on hold for ten mins then the line got disconnected. The staff at this hotel seemed more interested in their personal issues than they did helping us try to check in. The front desk staff left us waiting in the lobby for 20 mins while he helped what looked like a drunk or strung out lady of the night into the hotel. The encounter with the hotel staff was enough to leave and drive to another hotel instead of staying there. The front desk had bugs crawling over it. I don’t see how this establishment is in business.

Very disappointing. Lobby closes early and doesnt open until 8 am and cant get in touch with anyone. Booked a room for 4 people. Only 2 towels were given to us (which were dirty) and when I went to get more the lobby was already closed.

The front desk staff had poor attitudes when trying to collect the towels and bedding. They acted like they were doing me a favor. The room door key could open other guess doors. We slept with a chair behind the door. The face bowel inthe bathroom was clogged when we checked in. The water in the tub stayed in the tub when we took a shower. When we checked in the hotel should have told us we had to pay a fee for extra change of bedding and towels. I had to pay an extra $20 for this. The entire hotel smells like marijuana, dirty room As I was checking in at the front desk, I smelled marijuana! as I was in the elevator, the smelled became stronger, and as soon as I entered my room it almost choked me.
