Worst stay ever! The rooms were disgusting, the sheets were not clean and there were roaches in the restroom. The A/C was loud and water was dripping all night. The service was very bad they charged our account twice. Do not recommend at all!!!

Room felt incredibly cold; not cozy. Also, no desk lamps provided. Only ceiling lights in room which were extremely bright. Also, in middle of the night, doors slamming so hard, it was a bit scary.

Don’t do it ! I travel often andbhabe stayed in all sorts of hotels. At $200 (after tax) a night I was horrified. Within 5 minutes of walking in the room we killed 4 roaches. The room stunk of bug spray. We checked in 4 people and when I asked for two towels (the room only had 2) I was told I had to bring back the first two used and they would give me two replacements. Roaches no amenities except one small bar of soap, not even a hand towel. Kitchen completely empty not even a fork

Roach crawling on bathroom floor took video of it It was horrible first of all when we walked in the room it smell,bed made me itch got up to use the bathroom roaches crawling on floor it was awful I regret going there I think I should have gotten my money back it was awful the room was not clean at al oh my god will never go there again.The bed was so uncomfortable oh. Hotel Ok, Staff Don't want you there Girl at desk has personal conversation and is texting while customers stand at desk and wait for her to finish personal business (multiple times). I see camera's on site, management needs to take a look. Room is very simple and dorm like, but it was clean and suited the purpose for the $.

Roach Suitesbehind refrigerator Arrived on a Wednesday, which our stay was 2-14-til 2-18, First saw one bug in which I killed and did not thin it was a roach but just little tiny bug. That was very untrustworthy did never wanted to come from the rooms we had to clean them yourself in another motel proximately 5 miles away much nicer staff they clean the room daily for that to be a newer place it's terrible I don't recommend anybody to stay there like I said the staff very unprofessional
the hotel has no one at the front desk after 8 pm. I had to use a phone in the lobby to call the corporate office and then they sent someone to check me in. Once the person finally came he was very polite and friendly. I got to the room and there were only 2 towels. it was a room with 2 queen beds. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. there wasn't any info the room about how to contact anyone so I had to go back down to the outer lobby, again call corporate and ask for towels. they initially told me I would have to wait unt... read more
