Nice but dirty The room was clean to the eye but along the stay i started to see roaches in the bathroom.
Not Worth The Rent It's Not In The Best of Areas But After Being Offered Drug Substances. I Did Not Feel Comfortable In Staying w/ My Children.
Worst hotel room just to lay my head for one night After working a long 16 hours, instead of me taking an hour long drive home..I stayed at this hotel....once I've arrived there...I seen these so called security "kids" who didn't look like real security guards standing in front of the hotel around some man who appeared to be smoking marijuana by the smell of it...Secondly, when I entered my room..as I opened up one of the towels before getting ready to shower, it was dirty...there was a dirt mark on there as if someone stepp... read more
There was roaches in the room My experience was not good at all. there was roaches all over the place.
Horrendous experience. First of all the local area is extremely bad crime ridden locality. The room, while clean, had no soap or other amenities. I tried calling front desk and got the corporate office. No one was at front desk when I was told to go get the soap! We departed right away. Request refund
After picking up an elderly friend at the airport arriving from a west coast flight, I proceeded to the hotel and with reservation on hand I showed up at 1:35 pm. I am fully aware that all hotel they post check in time at 3 pm; I also check in earlier many times or always when the need was there. the rude or fully uncooperative young lady told me plainly :we dont do check in till after 3; pm, I kept pressing her telling her that she must have a room available from the size of property, sparingly occupied parking lot and most... read more
Third time is a charm! First room assigned smelled like smoke. Second room was infested with roaches crawling everywhere. Third room was much better. Staff was nice about switching rooms.
No towel and get ignored by front desk We got hung up on by front desk and sensed racism. Sensed gang activity due to clothing and health appearance of numerous loitering people . Witnessed a drug deal in parking lot. Paid $10 for third person and was told by customer service that there was no third towel available for us. Felt unsafe on premises.
DISGUSTING! Smells weird, dirty elevators, roaches crawling on walls, bed bugs under sheets. Can it get worse? Yes, it's so bad you don't need ultraviolet light to see seman stains all over the comforter. DISGUSTING!
