Found other people stuff in room leaving me to wonder if it was cleaned. Saw bugs in room and loud music at night . Homeless out and around property
a lot of noise is heard, everything they talk and do in the continuous rooms is unheard, the area is not the best area and a lot of police activity, it doesn't even have a coffee machine
The fire alarm system is faulty and produced random false alarms (as described by an employee) in the middle of the night. The first night was around 4 AM scaring the crap out of me and my son. The second night was around 2 AM. The staff and management are aware of this and don't seem to care about getting it fixed. It was so dirty and it smelled terrible. Trash all over the floor and property.
Smelled like old dirty dogs in the room
Do not recommend at all Front desk staff was very unpleasant. Phones were never answered, was denied early check-in , waited 45 min in line just to check in while who appeared to be the manager completely ignored us.
