Sold our reserved room We arrived at 10:10 pm, which turned out to be 10 minutes after check-in time had ended…we had no clue about this. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check us in, only to be told that they were sold out even though we had a reservation. They then ended up giving us an alternate room, but said that it was missing some of the amenities that we had paid for. We’re still confused about the contradiction there. The room was sub-par. We arrived, parked in the parking lot where there were people hanging out around the building. Went to the office and waited 10 mi utes before someone showed up. A guy clad in pajamas came walki g through the lobby with his German shepard. The place smelled. The room we were given had not yet been cleaned, with a sandwich and soda on yhe table. The worst hotel stay, I will never return UNSAFE No housekeeping at all all week. Drug users, homeless, everywhere. No refrigerator, no pots,pans, throw out your own trash, toilet not wrking, nasty stinky hotel, employees tried to get in my room when I didn’t open the door. After I opened the 2 employees said never mind. Front office always closed. Pay to get clean towels. Purchase kitchen pots /pans from office.
