Felt like low income housing

The worst The room they gave me was not clean so they gave me another room but that room smell like roach spray and it was infected with roaches. This was the worst hotel experience ever. I wish I could get my money back from this place

Not worth it This hotel is not worth the price. The walls are paper thin. I was serenaded by the guy snoring all night next door and by the people moving around upstairs after 1pm. It's right next to 10th Ave, so there was traffic noise all night. If you want any cooking utensils, you have to pay extra at the desk. The bed consists of a thin mattress with no box spring. Need I say more?

Found other people stuff in room leaving me to wonder if it was cleaned. Saw bugs in room and loud music at night . Homeless out and around property

a lot of noise is heard, everything they talk and do in the continuous rooms is unheard, the area is not the best area and a lot of police activity, it doesn't even have a coffee machine

The fire alarm system is faulty and produced random false alarms (as described by an employee) in the middle of the night. The first night was around 4 AM scaring the crap out of me and my son. The second night was around 2 AM. The staff and management are aware of this and don't seem to care about getting it fixed.
