This appears to be a Section 8 property - we heard running, screams, banging, all night...people knocking at our room door....it was terrible! Left the hotel the next morning to head to the airport (we only stayed that one night) and there were homeless people on the grounds. Overall a never-to-be-repeated experience!

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, another a cookware set, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. The surrounding were dirty and once you go inside the hotel, there is a death rat smell all over the place, my room was not clean, Bed was messy and dirty, bathroom toilet had $&@@& stick to it, dirty towels, disgusting!! Weird looking people coming in and out of the hotel. They offered to clean two hours later, and I didn’t get a discount either. Don’t stay in here!

How can you have a kitchenette with no pots and pans? There was no coffee maker or anything for hot water to make coffee or tea. There were roaches in the room, the little ones, German roaches. The hotel was noisy, there were extremely long waits for the elevator, I’ve stayed in nicer places for half the money that were worlds beyond better, with free breakfast!!! THIS IS A SHELTER There was pubic hair in the bottom sheet. Stains on the mattress cover. Loud music was played until after midnight. Both attendants at the front desk with attentive.I want a refund. The stay was the 24th - 25th
