This property should be CLOSED. No more than 40 minutes into checking in ROACHES were EVERYWHERE. Not to mention all the drug addicts and drug dealers literally roaming the hallways and waking in and out the front door. I should have known better when I see the receptionist wearing GLOVES while checking in the guest. This place is not more than five years old and the owners should feel horrible that they keep this place running. $148 WASTED!! This was by far my worst hotel experience ever and I travel around the world. With the drug deals in the parking lot, the vagrants loitering at all hours, the roaches in the room, the paper thin walls, the yelling and arguing all night...this place was a nightmare. I hope the corporate office sees this message and I hope they are ashamed of this place. My family didn’t feel safe and we got virtually no sleep overnight. Complete embarrassment to your brand. People staying in the hotel was really scary doesnt want to get out of room

The room had roaches really bad running across the floor, beds and countertops. i did not stay, i went down to the front desk where there were several guest complaining of the same issue. Not sure why the roaches because it did not look dirty. the might need to tent the building to get rid of it.

This is a halfway house that masquerades as a hotel. I forfeited one nights rate because the place looked too sketchy to stay at with my family.

Terrible stay My stay was very horrible I did not sleep for the two nights I stayed due to the fact that the people that was above me was making so much noise through the whole night I did not sleep for two hours and I gave a complain to get my money back and they said no because that’s not their problem so there basically saying they do not Care about the people staying all they care about is making the money which is very but very absolutely sad this hotel its the most horrible one I have stayed in

If you enjoy roaches and bugs in your room, drug deals in elevators and the parking lot, prostitutes screaming in the hallway for non-payment and being solicited yourself , then you have found the perfect hotel. We are hopeful that Hotels.com will banish this hotel from their recommendation listings. It's dangerous and disgusting! Our people left the hotel and now we are dealing with getting refunds.
