I had a reservation for 8/30/19-8/31/19. We were late getting into town so I called Expedia to let them know because of the hurricane coming traffic was so bad it took us a lot longer to get to Lakeland so we wouldn't make it in time to check in on the 30th but didn't want to lose our reservation for the 31st. Expedia said no problem and called the hotel to let them know due to weather conditions we wouldn't make it for the 30th but would definitely be there for the 31st. Shady I had my card on fill and they made unauthorized charges to my card. I was book on line thru Hotels.com and before i could make payment they charge my card with out my permission.

Was very outdated in side and I did not feel very safe. Bed was not very comfortable and the TV signal drifted in and out. Would not stay there again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever wasted my money on. From the moment you drive up, the outside is littered and dirty and the a/c units are leaking a moldy residue that ended up on my car. To call this a hotel is an exaggeration- it’s a dorm building honestly. To start it all off, there was only one floor of non smoking rooms and 3 smoking and the non smoking is all on the first floor.
